Throughout the day Sun Princess
continued on a south-south-easterly and at 12 noon we were 302 miles
north of Vostok Island in the Southern Line Group of the Republic of
Kiribati. At 2.30pm we passed 237 miles to the east of Starbuck
Island.
Wednesday, so only two weeks left now,
as Wednesday fortnight the dream will come to an end. And it is only
13 days as we have yet to cross the International Date Line, so we
will lose a day then (:
The sea days roll on :) the weather
continues to be stunning, sunny and warm with cool light breeze,
could not ask for better really. Seas are slight so smooth as she
goes Captain:)
A visit back to the lovely Doctor again
this morning, nothing serious though. The sleeve that covers the
probe on my hearing aid came off and embedded inside my ear. The
audiologist at home said that it was not possible for that to occur,
I got news for him when I see him in a few weeks time, it was bloody
painful to remove, and the doctors bill was just as painful !!!
A quiet day again, much the same
relaxing stuff more so indoors today though. Pre dinner drinks with
the early diners, and then pre dinner drinks with the late diners,
make for a liquid start to the evening !!! Formal night tonight, and
I had lobster for the first time in month. Still cant bring myself to
have another soufflé Carl, you know how much I love them, but I
think I had overdosed on them by somewhere around Venice :)
We had such a good time at dinner
tonight, as we always do, we were too late for any of the
entertainment, so it was off to the casino – mistake :)
